Installation steps


Working principle of inverter power supply

Mains bypass
The utility bypass mode switches the utility to output through a relay and is directly powered by the utility bypass. When the mains power fails, it automatically switches to inverter and is powered by battery or DC to ensure uninterrupted power supply of the equipment.


Inversion mode
Inverter mode, after DC boost inverter, it is switched to output through a relay and directly powered by batteries or DC. When the inverter fails, it automatically switches to the bypass and is powered by the mains to ensure uninterrupted power supply for the equipment.


Warning
The output of the inverter power supply cannot be paralleled or connected to the grid, otherwise it will damage the machine.


Preparation before installation
2.1 Check the machine nameplate:
Confirm whether the specifications, output capacity, input AC voltage, input DC voltage, output AC voltage, etc. comply with the specified content when ordering. Check the machine for any damage during transportation.

2.2 Confirm installation conditions
1) No-Dust , choose a ventilated and clean installation environment;
2) Appropriate ambient temperature
3) Relative humidity
4) Corrosive gases such as anhydrous steam
5) There are no flammable or explosive materials nearby
6) Having a power supply that meets safety regulations


Connect

1) Ensure that all switches are in the off state.
2) Connect the DC input connection line of the host correctly, paying attention to the positive and negative polarity.
3) Connect the host AC input cable correctly.
4) Correctly connect the AC output cable of the host.
5) Properly connect a good grounding wire to the host.

LED function
1. GRID mains light: When there is mains input and just only mains output, the mains light is on and in a bypass state.
2. INVT inverter light: When the bypass input fails and the inverter is working, the inverter light will light up.
3. BATT battery light: When the battery or DC input voltage is not within the operating range of the machine, the battery light
comes on.
4. Load light: When there is a fault in the inverter, the load light comes on.
