Output Current Adjustment
Please first refer to the charge-discharge rate parameters of the battery cells, and then adjust the corresponding charging current to charge the battery pack. Otherwise, an excessively large charging current may cause problems regarding the service life and safety of the battery pack.
The charging rate of the battery cell is measured in units of C. The formula is: Charging rate = Charging current : Capacity of the battery cell. For example, for a battery cell with a charging rate of 0.3C and a capacity of 200AH, the maximum value of the charging current that can be set is: 200 x 0.3C = 60A.
Calculation of the charging time for a battery pack: Charging time = Battery pack capacity ÷ Charging current. For example, if the capacity of a battery pack is 200AH and it is charged with a current of 60A, then the charging time = 200 ÷ 60 = 3.33 hours.
